Question Hack definitions?
Is there anywhere on this site where we can find what defines a standard hack vs. a template hack? I'm not talking about the extremes, like one has you add two pages of new code, and the other tells you to place a simple link somewhere. Those are obvious.

I'm speaking about the gray area in the middle :ermm:
