Default Banning an ip address
not sure where i was supposed to do this but how do i ban a certain ip
i have banned someone from my foum for abusing the rules but he just rejoined under a different nick
i'm sure there will be an option somewhere i just can't find it
as i don't want to close my board for new registrations
