Can Someone tell me where I can find my Database. I've searched everywhere but I can't find it!

I Have found it with phpmyadmin, but... I want to upload other database, how do I do that? It's 36MB ??

I use cpanel...there is a option in the database menu to load one...I would assume that phpmy admin has the same???

I could be wrong though.
