If I Put It In A Template, It Does Not Work

If I Try To Run A Query .. It Does Not Work

I Played With It For A Good 30 Minutes..

I Have No Tables, I Removed The Table Prefix, With The " And Without, With The .'s And Without...

Really Confused... Need A Bit Of Help Please..
