Mass PM from the post editor

I would love to see a hack that would permit the administrator to PM select user groups or the enitire user list from the post editor.

their is a mass pm by zero tollerance, but i havent seen one for all members

The one that I've seen works from the Admin CP which doesn't give you the formating options that you get from the post editor. Plus, I've heard that it doesn't work past 3.6.2.
