How i put a Progress bar in a specific Forum and in the postbit ?

Hi i want to put a specific Progress Bar in only one forum that it just appear when you are in this forum in you postbit. and that it only raise if you post it in this unique forum.. Because this forum is like a Lyric Game like you rap to each other and you raise a bar that i create..

Please tell me how to do it..
