Mini Mods - help with forum!!

How do i get my VB forum with the boxes at the left hand side like this forum? You know, when the avatar, location ect is in a box at the left, and not along the top of every post.

Is there a mod, and where do i get it, or is it something simple. Im not used to VB, im used to phpbb this is a little confusing. Thanks again boyz.
