Hi all

I hope this is in the right forum.

I'm looking for an alternative CMS for VB than vBadvanced CMPS.
My site is SA WebHosting Talk and I'm not quite happy with how it currently looks.

1. There's two logon boxes, which is very frustrating
2. The Welcome block is very, very limited. I use a different welcome block on the forum itself, SA WebHosting Talk - Web Hosting Discussions and I just can't get the CMPS one to function the same way.
3. The menu is very basic, and I don't know how / where to change it.
4. I've seen some other sites which has nice CMS integrations, which really makes a difference, but I can't see how todo that with CMPS.

Any suggestions / input is really appreciated

this is using vba also, and you can see it's been customized a little.

There are quite a few free solutions on vbulletin.org but vbAdvanced is generally the best all round solution.

The problems you describe can all be easily solved by some template editing and customisation. Hopefully you've already got this sorted with Brandon.

For inspiration look over in the showcase forum of vbadvanced. There are some good examples of what you can do with vbadvanced.

I also suggest looking at the latest version, its got some nice new features ;)
