There's basically no instructions because they are images you can simply upload to your server and set the correct paths in your admincp which works in the same way as uploading "alternative" emoticons to your forum.

I would suggest you add a new catergory afterwhich add smilie giving the smilie a display order and a appropriate "text to replace" title.

Bare in mind, these aren't vbulletin replacements but rather alternatives to enhance your smilie population. ;)
